Salami Flat in Central Kolkata

Hi, I have a Salami flat in Central Kolkata. I want to sell it now. What is the % that i have to give to the landlord. Note: in my legal purchase papers nothing in terms of resale % to be given to the landlord is as such is mentioend. Any advise here will be highly appreciated.
