Hi,
I want to legal advice.

I want sale my village lands. Person 1 contacted me. after ten days talked i agree to sale my lands verbal agreement and I send id document and Bank details to him. I remembered my name incorrect on my property lands document. So I said him. Wait until I fixed my documents. Next day person 2 call me said he give me more money. So i agreed him and now I don't want sale my lands person 1 but he send me earnest 30 thousand. I refunded him earnest. But he threatened me sale my lands to him in call. If I don't sale my lands him he take ilegal possession on my lands. Next day again he send me 1 lakh earnest in Bank. I didn't make any sale agreement to person 1. Please help me with this issue
