A.Dear Sir,
U may file a suit for permanent injunction and restrain them from evicting u. Since u r the legal heir of earlier tenant. They have to file a suit for eviction then u can fight.

A.Dear Sir,
Legal heirs are entitled to continue the tenancy. You may go to Court and get injunction order by filing Suit for Permanent Injunction and restraining them evicting you without due course of law that is they have to file a suit for eviction.

A.Hello sir,
A tenancy does not automatically end when a tenant dies and no one has inherited it.
The landlord or the person looking after the affairs of the tenant who died can end the tenancy.
If you do not inherit the tenancy
You have the right to stay in the property until the tenancy is ended properly if:
1.you were living in the home of the council or housing association tenant who died
2.no one inherits the tenancy
The rent must still be paid but you are not responsible. The landlord must claim the rent from the estate of the tenant who died.
Thank you
