I borrowed 3 lakhs from a person and given 2 blank cheques, i paid 3 lakhs back now and he only one cheque given back, then second cheque now he filed a case by through his own jewellery shop bill of 9.8 lakhs were not paid by me, actually i am not bought any gold from there, he was misused my second cheque, how can i prevent his case?

A.It is an offence. File a suit in the court Under Section 138 of the negotiable instrument act. Tell the circumstances under which the cheque was signed and how the accused had misused it.

A.Dear Sir,
It is very hard for you to defend however you may approach High Court for quashing if your plea is not recorded. Otherwise hire an experienced advocate so that his case is destroyed during the course of cross examination.
