Any person aggrieved of cyber defamation can lodge a complaint to the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell at the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
File a cyber complaint against her under IT Act, 2000 and provide all the evidence regarding this.
My wife had my social media passwords and access to all
She uploaded certain videos of me fighting and abusing my family members also she uploaded few medical reports of me where I was detected of taking drugs and also a video chat screenshot with another woman . She has written in the captions that she is doing all this because my parents are spreading misinformation about her and her character among relatives and these are the actual reasons why she has left me.She’s being harassed by me and my family since marriage that’s all what she has written.

Who will court favour me or her ?
We can't say anything about it as we can't assume the judgment before. The honorable Judge will give the decision after taking the consideration of all the facts and evidences and circumstances. If she had committed any offence then she will surely get punished and vice versa.
