My Society MC has stopped services of collection of garbage and cleaning of my flats without giving any kind of verbal or written notice to me. As they are saying that some 3-4 yrs back penalty is pending. But till date not formal communication neither verbal nor in writing, and also not given account statement for checking. What action can I taken against MC of society. Can I file mental harassments case in police station as my wife is suffering from mental stress.

A.Hello Sir,
Yes, you can file a complaint of mental harassment to the Police. If they did not take any action then file a case in the court regarding the same against the authority of the society and provide all the details about it in the court.
