Mai Apni Property / land / building ki ownership transfer karna chahta hu par bina registrar ke pas gye hue.
Kya aisa ho sakta hai ? Agar ha to isiliye konse documents ki jarurat hogi?

Jawab simple words me dena ( Meri tarah Hinglish me dena )
Mujhe english samajh me nhi aati .

A.Dear Client,
For transfer of property either land or building you need to go to the Registrar, who is a functionary of the State Government.It has to be done Officially and all records of ownership will be changed in due course of time officially.
There is no other way out.
