Kamala has two daughters and five sons.
A site was allotted to kamala by BDA. After her death, this BDA site was registered for her husband Ram, who also passed away. Later, his seven children will get this property jointly registered and Seven people have built a house jointly in this place.
Then 2 daughters and 4 sons have given a registered right release letter to the last son at free of cost. Major children of 2 daughters and 4 sons have not signed to registered right release letter.
As soon as the claim is released, the younger son is registered the property in his name and wanted to sell the said property for purchase.
In case of the property purchased from the last son, can the children of 2 daughters and 4 sons of his family file a civil suit against the release deed and the purchase, Does buying this property create problem to purchaser in future, if yes how to solve this.
