Respected Gopinath Sir

I see your videos regularly.

Sir i have a problem of property dispute.

My late father was a Govt servant, passed away in 2017. We are 3 male and 2 female children with mother living.
All below mentioned properties on childrens name are not ancestral.

I am the first son and has two younger brothers and one married and one un-married younger sisters.

My mother lives with us. We take care of her.

My Father purchased 20 + 3 acres land in 1972 and directly registered in my name (my age 55)

Another property 9 + 4 acres land in 1986 and registered in my 1st younger brother name (2nd son age 53 yrs)

3rd younger brother age 44 yrs, had no land on his name, but i being first brother to maintain the share equally i shared 10.5 acres to 3rd brother in dec 2022.

My mother has pension of father and 7 acres of land on her name which is transferred after death of my father, she lives with us and comfortable.

On of my un-married sister living with us, we are taking care and has given her own house by all brothers contribution at city and she gets Rs 20000 as rent, but still we take care of her needs. My another sister who is married, age 47, her husband age 55 years is govt high school teacher,
My sister who is married has gone to court in feb 2023 for asking equal share in the property.

My father has not written any will.

Sir please give your opinion.

Anik
