Right to my grandmother property Right to my grandmother property

Dear sir
My mother is only daughter to my grandmother. After the marriage of my mother my father and his mother started living at my. Paternal grandmother s house.
My father showed no responsibility towards upbringing of the children(me and my only brother)and my mother instead torchered us severally. My grandmother made a gift deed of the house at gunfoundry to me and my brother equally and jointly and made my mother as the guardain of the property. And also registered it when I was 1 and half years old and my brother was 2 and half years old..
The property was created out of the earnings of my peternal grandfather when he was alive. My mother sold her gold and bought 3 plots in medchal . Out of which she sold one plot and gave it to my father in law as gift or dowry out of their own interest..When I was 24 years I got married and started living with my inlaws at bongir. After 5 years of my marriage my brother also got married. Within 4 months my brother cancelled the gift deed through my grandmother and my parents signed them as witness. My grandmother put her thumb print.i did not sign in that cancellation . I was also not intimated. They did not tell me for about 6 or 7 years. I have no support of my in-laws. I couldn't t do anything. Immediately after one month of cancellation my grandmother died of cancer. My brother again made a will in which all the property on his name and took the thumb print of my grandmother just before she died. Now 3 years before from now even my mother died. All the possession of the house , the 2 plots in medchal in which me and my brothers are the nominees for each. And gold and silver items and also some cash.No relatives or even my father are not supporting me in giving my share to me.All these years since my marriage in 2000 they only are enjoying everything. How can I get the possession of my rightfull
share.. Is the cancellation valid. In what all I have the share. All these years he did torchered me for the property for which he did not allow me speak to my mother. He pushed me when I went home. Will they not get any punishment for what they did.

Recently I approached police station for support. They advised to go to court. As I can not afford a lawyer I approached District Legal Services Authority, Nyaya Seva Sadan , Purani Haveli Hyderabad. for help.I am not understanding as what is going on .My brother and my father are acting and telling all lies . My brother is talking about the debts he paid of my parents for which will I be responsible? Why the judge not saying that it is irrelavent ?. Will I get get the possession of my property , how? Please guide me how to proceed. Till now we had two discussions in front of the judge. I am loosing hopes. Am I responsible for my father's furthur living.?.is
he has a right to share in the property? My phone number is 9247959489. Please call me for any other information. Please.

A.Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya to take your case. My suggestion is you should file a partition suit and challenge the Will of your grandmother which was obtained by undue influence misrepresentation etc. by your brother.
