My brother wants to file a case on me

The property (house) was gifted to me and my 3 children by my aunts( father's sisters) who were both unmarried. The house belonged to them, given to them by their father. They had written a will before their death and after they passed, we got the property registered in my and my 3 children's name. The house has a common wall with my father's house. In fact, the 60x40 house was divided in 1959 and 60x20 was given to my father and the other 60x20 portion was given to my 2 unmarried aunts. My unmarried aunts willed it to my children and it's registered in my and my children's name. Its been 26 years since its registered in my and my children's name. Now my younger brother is claiming that it's ancestral property and since it has a common wall, even he should get a share in it. He is planning to file a case against us regarding the same. The property is worth around 60 lakes. If my brother files a case, does my brother has to pay fees on property value? And will this case stand in court? The property is in Hassan city, Karnataka state. Please advise.
