I am building a commercial building in Bengaluru. None of my neighbours have left any set back but, since I am building, everyone is demanding the set back. Problem is my site less than 1000 Sq.Ft and If I consider the setback from all the sides, very negligible land will be left and commercially, it is a big loss for me. By Anyway, I can minimise the set back space? Please advice..
