Advocate Fraud - litigated property query Advocate Fraud - litigated property query

Hi All,
I had a litigated property query which I want to purchase but the documentation of the property was not upto the mark, Now i consulted this lawyer who took 40,000 from me and told me it will take another 20000 to correct the property papers and everything and he will help me with the bank loan as well.

The thing is iam not getting confidence on him as he is saying the things are in process and it will take sometime for the past 2 weeks during the consultation he told that it will take 10-12 days max but now I am getting a doubt on him and he is asking more money as well without any property documents yet.

Please suggest what should I do.

A.Dear Sir,
It is private agreement and contract between you and your advocate as such if the services are insufficient you may write a letter to refund proportionate fees and close the matter.
