I am owning a flat with open terrace which I purchased from the builder but there are common water pipes across the wall of my open terrace. I am requesting the society to get the same removed . Is it legal ?

A.Dear Sir,
You have purchased the property accepting all the existing infrastructure and you are also accepted the existence of water pipes across the wall of your open terrace. As of right you cannot request the Society to remove the same but take the permission of the Society and remove the same at your cost.

A.Hello,
As per the information given by you it depends on the society rules and regulation and also on the types of construction they had .
Have meeting with maintenrnace department of the society for better clarity.
