Do the parents need to submit my documents in the process .like birth certificate and my photography (passport size) I want to know .I am 19 and I don't want to live with my parents. Can I take decision for Myself

You can take decision by yourself as you attended age of majority but regarding birth certificate the proper witness will be your parents if you are unable to get any other believable evidence.

I need to know where are you? your location. Are you in India or USA or in Europe.
If you are either in USA or in Europe, again depending on the country and their social security system, you just can walk out when you are 18.Even they celebrate after they become major.You can decide yourself, including legally entitled to DL etc.
In India if you are earning you can just walk out but it will be appreciated if you inform them and they know that you are well and also safe.
