Harassment after applying for divorce Harassment after applying for divorce

I have filed a contested divorce and now I am unable to go out and work as he follows me and he has hacked my phone and taken all the call history and spoken to everyone and sending me a threatening voice msg that i shouldn't talk to people. As he follows me I have started working from home even for that he hacks my phone and calls everyone. Kindly let me know any solution.

A.It appears you feel insecure apprehending worse consequences arising out of the filing of DV case. In that situation, you may lodge a FIR with the local PS and ask your Advocate to pray for police protection before the Court where DV case is pending. Considering the merit in your apprehension and supporting evidence, Court may allow your prayer. The protection officer appointed u/s.8 of PWDV Act, 2005 is duty bound to care of your safety and security in compliance of the Courts order.
