My current wife had divorce with her last husband. But as per online divorce is showing on 30/01/2023 but as per file n order sheet it is showing divorce is taken place on 27/03/2023. Signature of hon. Judge is on 27/03/23. As which date is treated as divorce date for same case
Kindly advice
A.Good evening!
The date on which the divorce decree was passed will be considered as the date of divorce, which in this case is 27/03/2023. The Certified Copy of the final order would stand as proof, in which the date would be mentioned.

A.Dear Client,
Some times latest status of the case is uploaded online gets delayed for a variety of reasons. When you have signed Order sheet or CC of final Order in hand declaring the effective date of divorce between the parties that date is to be considered as the effective and enforceable date of divorce.
Hope the matter stands clarified.
