Physical possession of property purchased from bank auction
11 months ago
I have purchased house property id(UCBASURA07480039) from UCO bank auction notice. I haven't received the physical possession of the property and it has been 2 years to get physical possession. I need help to go through legal court process to expedite the process and bank is not showing any interest to provide physical possession of property.

A.Dear client,
Did you make any written grievance to the Bank on the subject during the period of two years or Banking Ombudsman?
Is the deed of conveyance in r/o said auctioned property executed and registered in your name ?
Is there any terms and conditions of sale agreement that remain non-complied at your end that delayed possession of property?
In absence of all these informations nothing could be suggested in the matter as of now.
You may however reach out to an Advocate ASAP who may vetting your papers can suggest proper steps to be taken in the matter.
