My grandfather father purchased the Land. After he died the patta given to my grandfather name. My grandfather sold that land and his brother's also signed in the sale deed. When they sold, my grandfather brothers family forcely got the share. This was happened in 1980. It's DC Land. Now the person purchased land ready to return to me. Now my grandfather brother family also asking again for share. Is this legally eligible and do they own share now. Patta during selling was in my grandfather name only. Pls assist. Since it's DC Land i have approached the last purchased person and he is ready to handover. How to get the rights now. Since my grandfather brother family got share earlier, even now do they eligible for share. Before selling patta was in my grandfather name only.

A.Dear Sir as your grandfather brother family got share earlier as such they are not eligible for any share. If they file any suit you have to contest the case and you will win.
