Sir I have filled insolvency petition in court, one of my lender has two blank cheque which was given as security, he deposited in Bank for collection, really I don't have any money to settle the payment, what happens if I have no money And after he files a case.

At the outset, it is necessary to understand that cheque bounce cases are criminal in nature and will stand even if you file it against the person who becomes insolvent.
