I got married in Dec 2009 in Ballia to my wife, I am from Mau. Very sweet in nature & beautiful. However after few months of marriage real nature started surfacing. She is too moody and dominating. Got pregnant in Sept 2010 and gave birth to son in May 2011. Since she got pregnant, she has never done any household work, all done by me or maids.1. Flights on regular basis if I dont act as per wish2. Doesnt allow me to take care of my parents who are dependent on me, they are forced to leave in village.3. Doesnt allow me to visit my friends or invite them at home, I am not allowed to speak to my relatives.4. When I oppose she tries to hurt herself.5. I complained in Delhi police in 2014 however due to family pressure and she said she will imrpove no action was taken.6. Recently she has now started humuliating my son, uses him as tool to get things done as per wish. Somehow I escaped but now she is threatening her own family.

It appears from the contents of your query that the relationship between you and your wife is now turned in a worse stage and there is no scope of retrieval of a normal relationship. So, considering the future of your son who is also affectted by your distressed relationship, you may file a suit for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty against your erring wife if possible convince her for mutual divorce.
