This is regarding the status parking built by builder in our society located at Thane.Following are pain point related to it:

1.This is 3 level stack parking of total count 48 against the total 53 residence. Some of the parking slots (count 12) don't have enough space to open the door of the car once parked inside the stack due to the pillars of the building. Now builder has not allowed specific parking to anyone.Just in agreement it's mentioned 1 parking alloted.Due to this obviously consensus are not happening within the residents and registered society members. As per builder he has built the parking as per the normal ( dimensions) of the muncipal authority. But the question here is what's the use of that parking when driver can't open the door and come out of the car once parked. Please let me know what we can do?

2. Yet the deem Conveyence not done and the society has come up with plan to allot open parking on year basis to owners who owned 2 car and to who don't have the parking. Can society allot open parking when the land is not yet in name of the society?
3. 3. Open parking demarcated by the society is not in lines with the open parking space in the approved muncipal plan.Is it legal to do it?

4.Can few residence not the majority deny the proposed stack parking plan?Or We are obliged to accept whatever is approved by majority in special general meeting?
5.Can society limit the number of days cap for visitor parking. My parents visit from other city and park the car in visitor parking and generally reside for 2 weeks.Society is planning to keep the cap of 1 week even when other visitor parkings are free to use.
