How much damage can my wife do? How much damage can my wife do?

Me and my wife are getting divorced in a week. We had filed for the divorce long back. We bought a house and registered it both of our names when things were nice. I paid the entire down payment and then we separated l, I have been paying EMI since month 1. In the divorce petition, we have mutually decided two things.
1. She will be getting everything that she got from her house during marriage. No dowry, it what her family gave her.
2. She has no interest in the house we bought and all the EMI and down payment are paid by me.

I will proceed to transfer the house on my name after divorce.

The question is after this divorce with these conditions, how much damage can she do to me or the house we have in our name? Can she claim the half even after mentioning these things in the divorce petition?

Thanks in advance

A.Dear Client,

Until and unless the conditions put up by both the parties claiming divorce before the Court and what are the conditions allowed by the Court while granting a divorce petition is specified your query can not be suitably responded.
However, so far the joint ownership of the house is concerned, it involves the transfer of title of the property which was registered in the name of both owners even the price of the house was met by a single owner. In absence of specific order of the Court as appeared in the operative para of the order granting divorce, nothing could be responded at the moment.
