I filed for divorce on my wife on cruelty ground. I suffered a lot with her so now I want to leave her. She also has a past adultery after marriage and I pardoned her for that and stayed with her because of my son. This happened 6yrs back. Can I take her past adultery has cruelty on me. One of my friend said u can't use her past adultery now. I have the SMS data of her with that guy....is only SMS data is sufficient to prove adultery. Any photos and videos are required ha...I have only SMS data.... there is a confession msg ,is it possible to get divorce easily through that. Does it help me in divorce and maintenance case
