Hefty investments in liquid assets Hefty investments in liquid assets

I have made hefty investments in liquid assets in the name of my wife. Now she has sought for divorce. I also don't wish to stay with her anymore. Can I claim back the investments legally? Or it is gone?

A.Dear Client,
In case your wife sought a decree of divorce and file against you before the Court, you may make a prayer before the Court for waiving of alimony or lump sump amount towards maintenance citing the investment made in the name of your wife who is now the sole owner of the said hefty investment. Reach out to an Advocate for the necessary guidance and steps needed to save you from payment of the hefty amount of alimony if demanded by your wife.

A.Dear client,
Once you have made the investments in her name, she has the right over them, you cannot claim it back from her
