A.Hi client,

Immediately lodge a police complain against the person, inform the registry office.,i.e wherever it has been registered. Make an application before the lower court. Bring order from the highcourt against the said order.

A.Dear Client,
A stay order is defined as the act of temporarily stopping or postponing any judicial proceeding through the court or legal authorities, in order to secure the rights of a citizen. It could lead to the suspension of a case or even the suspension of any specific proceeding within an ongoing case. A stay order may be removed from a property in dispute by filing a petition to cancel the stay order and proving the necessary requirements in support of your claim that th suit is filed on the basis of a fake document. So, it is advised you should take the expert service of a property lawyer to know more about how to remove a stay order on a property and go ahead.
