we are six brother, my father passed away on last year. my father left 6 plot of land. between 6 brothers we 5 brothers staying jointly one one brother is separated. now we deceded that we will give him one plot to make his personal house we will close all the relation with him. But he is not agree to accept our proposal. now what is the legal action in this situation.

A.Dear client, if this is an ancestral property you may file a suit for partition if your brother is not ready for partition. This is only remedy if any share holder is not willing to partition the property.
