I live abroad and got married to guy from my hometown in India and he moved to abroad with me after marriage.We are having problems in our marriage and we decided to get divorce and started living separately. I have a baby as well. But now my husband who wanted divorce is not doing anything. His family has my belongings including my gold in India. When I ask for my belongings they are not responding either. Because my gold is in India i cannot complain here legally for my belongings. How do I get help in India and where do I go to. I just want my belongings back and the rest including childcare and divorce can be sorted in here.
