sir i got one notice from court and postman sent it back to court by writing intimation served on it. so i want to knw wt will happen and what next step court will take on dat case

A.Dear Madam,
You should have collected the postal article. It is deemed as refused by the Court and you will placed ex parte. Attend the court and protest.

A.Dear Client,
First thing, the post man can not do any wrong.
Intimation served means you have been asked to receive the Notice from the Postman which you have not done,
Court may put the Notice/Contents in the News papers at that time you may be compelled to attend the Court or may issue Summons.
Talk to your Advocate he/she will will tell you.

A.Sir, as per your query this means that the notice was served to you and the postman has intimidated about the same to the learned court. Now sir, you need to look and read the notice properly and also see as to why is it being served on you and follow the instructions on it. Upon the failure of following such instructions mentioned in the said notice which was served to you by the postman the court can take necessary steps whatever they deem fit according to the merits.

It is advisable to read he notice properly and follow the instructions laid down thereto for you to follow.
