Mental harassment via husband and gas lighting via his family

I have been married since Dec 2021, Week later my husband started beating me and abusing me verbally and mentally for dowry. Later on 2nd January , he again abused me and was beating me on road when i decided to file a police case against him. From then we had DV case going on and later we came into agreement via mediation. But things still remained same and i started doing my job in the nearest city, i used to come back and forth to my husband home but was not treated nicely . Recently i found out my husband has been sleeping out with some other women and drinking excessively. Now they blame me for this and asks me to not leave him and make corrections in his life. I don't want to stay in this marriage and want to take maintenance from him which i never asked for before , because of which he has been sleeping around in bars. I even have video and image for the same.
You can take a divorce by using cruelty as your ground.
The Hindu Marriage Act-1955 has given the legal provision for divorce on basis of cruelty under section – 13(1)(ia) as follows;
“Any marriage solemnized, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, may, on a petition presented by either the husband or the wife, be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party has, after the solemnization of the marriage, treated the petitioner with cruelty”.
