Illegal occupation of govt land. When questioned the nuisance case was filed.

Dear sir,
We found that a particular group of persons occupied govt land and we questiond the legality of the construction taking place on the above mentioned govt land,they went to near by ps and filed case on us that we were making nuisance at their construction.
Now please suggest what action should be taken to tackle this issue ??
Kindly tell the procedure.

A.make an application under RTI to find out the legality of such construction works. If illegality is found, proceed accordingly by filing a complaint for demolition work and thereafter file an application in the high court for quashing the criminal case against you.
