A.Dear client,
An NBW will stay in effect as long as it is not executed or periodically recalled; the magistrate must extend its validity in order for it to do so. Therefore, you must contact an attorney to request the issuance of an anticipatory bail against the Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest from the relevant Court and to take additional actions for the recall of said NBW if one is issued in a case involving a cheque bounce.

A.Dear Client,
A judgment declares the final decision of the court upon the matter, summing up all the evidence and arguments presented and procedure evaluated along with the decree and order passed in the regard. Judgments may be classified as in personam, in rem, or quasi in rem. An NBW will be alive, as long as it remains unexecuted/un-recalled from time to time, the magistrate has to extend its validity to make it remain alive. So, if an order for the issue of NBW is passed in cheque bounce case, you are required to get in touch with an Advocate for the issue of an anticipatory bail against the Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest from the appropriate Court and to take further steps for recall of said NBW.
