I married on 30/11/2011. My daughter was born on 29/06/2015. Since then my wife is living in her paternal house. Multiple requests and attempts on my / our part to bring her back home have failed. Each time she had a different alibi. I have purchased a new flat totally out of my finances on loan of which she is a joint allottee. I have also admitted my daughter to a reputed school near to my residence. Now she is not returning saying she will not be able to live with my mother. She is also not sending my daughter to the school in which I have admitted her though at the time of admission she came four times to the school. Now I have arranged to send my ailing mother to my maternal uncle's house. Still she have problem and says I have to send her to my younger brother who lives in Malda with all her belongings which we think is not suitable for my ailing mother. I want to save the marriage for the sake of my daughter and also to look after my mother. She has also blocked my phone number . Please advise.
