Joint Property after Divorce

My husband filed divorce before 2 years, me and my husband bought a house by applying for joint loan before 5 years, I am paying the complete loan and also the initial payment was also done by me through cheque till today he has not paid even a single paise for home, how can I get the home complete ownership, other than home loan I spent more than 10 lakhs for interior, still have 25 lakhs principal outstanding. we have a son for him also he did not paid any maintenance for past 2 years, I am paying the loan and taking care of my son's studies and fees by my self. how can I proceed, please suggest.
