My Wife and me both are living separately from the last 3 month and both are decided to not live together... should i file the divorce case first or wait for my wife to file a case.. and in which city should i file the case... my home town,my wife home town or me and wife working city

A.Dear client,
You can file a divorce petition against your wife in the city where you live or in the city where your wife resides. You dont have to wait to your wife to file divorce petition.
