We have agricultural land Including myself, 3 brothers and a mother.
In which my 3 brothers are live in London last 15 years. I want to cultivate our agricultural land,
But since that land has been divided, I cannot cultivate it.
I have talked many times about Dividing everyone. But since everyone is settled there, these people do not notice. So what should I do if I want to do division farming?

A.Dear Client,
In order to pursue division farming on the agricultural land in question, it is essential to establish legal rights and obligations among the co-owners. The specific rules governing division of agricultural land may vary depending on the state in India where the land is situated.

It is advisable to approach the Taluka Revenue Office, or similar authority in your jurisdiction, that deals with land records and division. They can provide guidance and assistance in initiating the process of division among the co-owners. Additionally, you may seek the services of a local lawyer specialized in land laws to navigate the legal process smoothly.

It is important to note that division of agricultural land may be subject to certain restrictions, such as land ceiling laws or tenancy laws, depending on the state and specific circumstances.

In case the co-owners are unresponsive or do not cooperate in initiating the division process, you may consider seeking legal recourse by filing a suit for partition under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. This Act governs the division of property among Hindu families. The jurisdiction lies with the civil court having jurisdiction over the area where the property is situated.
Thank you.
