I want to take divorce and ask to lawyer and she was asking for 50K which i cannot afford. Kindly advise what is the other option, so i can file the divorce and fight my case by myself or do i need to hire a lawyer? Sir I am a working professional but I have so much responsibilities and liabilities . Please do the needful.

Divorce is of two kinds - Mutual consent divorce and contested divorce. A mutual consented divorce is an easier and faster way you can get a divorce without a lawyer.

It is better that you speak to some lawyer and seek all guidance by providing all your details. yes you can fight your own case but having a lawyer is better.
