Marriage - Husband and wife living separately
8 months ago
Husband and wife living seperately for 10 years, is it automatically nullified? Can any one of the partner go for second marriage?
A.Dear client,
There is no concept of automatic divorce after a long separation. If you are legally married and wish to formally end your marriage, it is generally advisable to obtain a divorce decree from the court. Simply living separately for an extended period of time does not automatically grant you a legal divorce.

A.Dear Client
Once a marriage has taken place it cannot be nullified automatically the way you are citing here. To nullify or dissolve the marriage you have to apply to the court and get a court order.
