There is a land where there are 4 shares-my grandmother, two uncles & my fathers share. six years ago we had partition but transfer procedure is incomplete between all. Means its still on my grandfathers name. My grandmother & two uncles are denying for our part of shre in that land. what are the legal steps we can take ? can they deny to do so ?
