A.Dear Client,
Here's a general guideline on how to proceed:

Obtain a Valid Marriage Certificate:

Contact your local marriage registrar's office (usually the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate or Registrar of Marriages).
Check the requirements for registering marriages in your state. Different states in India may have slightly varying procedures.
You should both personally visit the registrar's office and follow their instructions regarding documentation.
Provide Necessary Documents:

Present your original divorce decree obtained from your first marriage as proof of your previous marriage's dissolution.
Your second wife should provide her original divorce papers or any legal documents relevant to her previous marriage's dissolution.
You both will typically need to provide identity proof (such as Aadhar cards or passports), age proof (birth certificates), and address proof (utility bills or ration cards).
Witnesses and Formalities:

You may need to have two witnesses present at the registrar's office during the marriage registration.
Follow the registrar's instructions regarding any additional formalities or documentation they may require.
Ceremony and Registration:

The registrar's office may conduct a brief marriage ceremony.
Once the ceremony is complete, you will be issued a marriage certificate, which is a legal document confirming your marriage's validity.
Maintain Legal Records:

It's important to keep copies of all documents and the marriage certificate for future reference or any legal requirements.
It's essential to go through the proper legal channels to register your marriage to ensure its validity. While notarized documents can serve various purposes, a marriage certificate obtained through the official registrar's office is the legally recognized document confirming your marital status.
Thank you.
