Apartment Maintenance Questions Apartment Maintenance Questions

In a apartment where parking is not equally divided though everyone paid the same amount for parking instead it is allocated as per sq ft basis(i.e. better, comfortable n spacious parking for bigger apartment). In spite of this inequality exist in the apartment along with the owner
with bigger flat have more UDS(Undivided share of land), can association force the owner to adopt mixed model of maintenance where owner have to
pay equal charges for few services like lift, security, garbage, care taker, common expenses irrespective of flat size though the association hold the majority support from other owners.

At the same time, they want to have parking based on their sq ft(i.e. bigger the flat size, bigger the parking instead of equal for all flats)
but they want maintenance to be shared equally by all owners(irrespective of flat size) for few services.

Any advice on above matter is highly appreciated.
