I got married to a woman with mental illness since 2017 ; they hid the truth - I was cheated.

She have had undergone treatment in two hospitals for that and have those details with me.

Can I get the help of court to prove her mental illness and get divorce?

I have one daughter of 5 years age and I am a Muslim.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, such cases to be filed within one year of marriage. If you can adjust with her for so many years then how you can say that she is mentally ill women. You may not get divorce on such ground but you can file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty.
