I am railway employe , my salary is 55,000 and in my family my mother she is housewife and my brother he studiy is ongoing both are dependent to me.my wife filled interim maintenance in court
My wife is dubbing artist in Mumbai she also flat in Mumbai but she not mentioned affidavit .how can I convince to court she is working and she also flat in Mumbai?. Can court give to interim maintenance if it give it how much?
