1. It has been established from your reply to Second Appeal that there is no illegal encroachment on our 2 plot in Sector-4 of Madhavpuram,Meerut,UP . In fact, It is discrepancy/error/blunder of UPHDB, Nirman Khand-2, Shastri Nagar, Sector-9, Meerut due to which area of our above 2 plots have reduced by 47.4sqm.
As per your letter dated 12 July 2023 you have replied us that you will rectify the mistake in plot area. But no action has been taken yet. We have written last letter dated 3rd Sept 2023 request you to provide the contact details i.e. Name, Designation, Mobile No. and availability of the responsible person so that we can contact him directly. We have also written to provide any necessary information required from us But we have not yet received details of the responsible person who will rectify the mistake of reduction of plot areas. We have also registered complaint on your official website in this regard but no remedy have been provided by you. Also, we have written email on 5th Sep 2023 to your official email id- [email protected] but no response has been received yet.

Please provide the following information:-

a) Please let us know the details of the responsible person details i.e. Name, Designation, Mobile No. and availability of the responsible person who will rectify the mistake of reduction of plot areas.
b) What is the time limit by which you will rectify the mistake of reduction of width of our plots due to erroneous increase in road width. Details have been submitted by letters to your office in our reply to Second Appeal Following issues to be sorted out by you:-
i) Correction in the map in our registery
ii) Removal of electric pole which is inside our plot boundary
c) If you do not want to rectify the mistakes, how much compensation you will provide provide for loss of areas due to your mistake.

I have written above complaint to Jansunwai portal. What legal action i can take against UP Awas Vikas Parishad Meerut

A.Dear Client,
If you believe you have suffered financial losses due to the mistake made by UPAVP, you can include a claim for compensation in your legal case. The court will determine whether you are entitled to compensation and the amount, if any.
