A.Dear,
In India, divorce laws for Christians are primarily governed by the Indian Divorce Act, 1869. If you had applied for divorce in 2020.
File an Application: File an application with the court where you had originally filed for divorce. In this application, you should state your intention to continue with the divorce proceedings and provide reasons for your decision.

Notify Your Spouse: Your spouse must be notified about your decision to continue the case. The court will serve a notice to your spouse, informing them of your application to resume the divorce proceedings.

Hearings: The court will schedule hearings to consider your application and hear both parties' arguments. During these hearings, you can present your case for divorce, and your spouse can present her arguments as well.

Regards
