Dear sir Mera question hai ki builder society handover nahi de Raha hai.society registration no Mila hai phir Abhi handover nahi de Raha hai.society registration certificate last Jan 2018 mein mila.abhi khud maintenance charge kar Raha hai higher rate along with Gst aur flat owners ko intimation nahi kiya hai increase rate pls advice thanks in advance
