New owner Name not showing online

We have purchased Resale Flat , but not done mutation, while paying property tax payment, old owner name is showing in receipt and online, our name 9s not reflecting, what shall we do.

On purchase of a property, the owner's name is changed in the property-related record through the mutation process carried on by the Municipal Authority or Block Land Revenue Deptt concerned on submission of prescribed application form and required documents including registered Sale Deed by the new owner of the property.
