Tata motors fraudulent service
Sir/Madam I availed road side assistance of tata motors in May 2018. They came with a faulty POS machine for card payment. I didn't know that and I swiped my debit card twice. Because the machine was not responding, I paid the service charges by cash. But, later, I received notifications from my bank that both my debit card transactions were successful. So I contacted tata motors customer service. They responded well initially, but stopped replying to my e-mails and phone calls. So I filed a complaint in consumercomplaints.in. Again, tata motors did not respond well. I would like to know how to proceed with this as a case in consumer court and get my refunds.
