How to prove my wife's gold ornaments which she wore at our wedding is in her own parent's bank locker facility as they(she/her parents) are not willing to give me in writing that they have her gold. She left me after few days of marriage with her parents and I am afraid they might want a divorce and I and my family have never demanded dowry but they made their daughter wear gold ornaments at our wedding and after few days her father asked us to keep her gold in their locker, I willingly went with them to the bank for depositing the gold ornaments but bank didn't give any receipt for it nor did her parents give me in writing that her gold is with them and now also they are not ready to write this fact in a paper for my proof. Now, I don't have any proof of her gold being in her own parent's possession but wedding photographs show she wearing the ornaments lastly came to my house after the wedding.And I am afraid she will file a dowry complaint against me if she goes for a divorce. How do I prove that her ornaments are in her parent's bank locker?Who should I approach?Please do guide me.Will the bank give details or CCTV footage as evidence?
