sir v filed mutual divorce. now while filing divorce my husband given his aadhar card along with our wedding card and one wedding photo. now is it necessary to give my adhar card? whats necessary to give my adhar card now?

A.aadhar card is mandatory in court proceedings for a few months in my area (Panipat), and, may be in the whole country,

A.Dear Sir,
If necessary your advocate will ask you to produce the same. Whenever there is doubt about the jurisdiction of the Court then only Court will ask to produce Aadhar Card.

A.Yes, it is necessary to provide the details of your adhar card for verification and documentation. It will also be used as an address proof.
